Customer Reviews
Reliable as always
This was my third time using Des Bras en Plus, and they were consistent. I went with the "aide au déménagement" this time, just needed an extra pair of hands for a few hours. The helper was punctual and knew what he was doing. It's why I keep coming back.
Fantastic help with my move!
Seriously, Des Bras en Plus saved my move! I just used their "bras en plus" service and the guys were so strong and fast. They made everything so easy, even getting my huge couch up three flights of stairs. I'm definitely telling all my friends who are moving to check them out. Will absolutely use them again next time!
Decent price for basic service
Needed a budget option for moving a few things across town. The "location de camion avec chauffeur" was cheaper than other quotes I got. I liked that. I had to do most of the loading myself but the driver helped a bit. Paid a fair price for what I got.
Good service, small issue with boxes
I used Des Bras en Plus for my local move last month. I opted for the "déménagement à la carte" service with a truck and two movers. Booking online was straightforward, and I got a confirmation email pretty fast. The movers showed up on time, which was great. They were efficient with the furniture dismantling and reassembly, and handled my fragile items well. I had ordered some moving boxes too, but a few of them arrived a bit squashed, nothing major though. Delivery of the boxes took 3 days to reach Paris. Customer service was responsive when I called about adding a storage unit last minute. Overall, a solid experience and my belongings arrived safely.
Overall good, but communication could improve
I booked their "déménagement complet" for my office transfer. The team was professional and worked hard. They packed everything carefully and the setup at the new office went smoothly. However, there was a slight delay in confirming the exact arrival time of the truck on moving day, which made planning a bit tricky. It wasn't a huge deal in the end, but a clearer communication timeline would be better. Value for money was still good though.

My move is in August, which I hear is a crazy busy time for movers. Will it be way more expensive then?
Does anyone know how their 'with driver' truck rental works? Like, do the drivers actually help load/unload or just drive?
Comparing these guys to Movinga, has anyone used both and can say who's better for a quick local move?
Hey, thinking of using these guys for a small move, anyone know if they actually provide boxes or if I gotta buy them separately?
How do you even get a quote from them? Is it all online or do you have to call them up?
